its supposed to be a HAPPY teachers' day.this teachers' day wasnt half 'happy'.
woke up at like 7am by my mom who nagged at me. my mom hardly nags, and when she does, you better run. so i got really pissed off and just went. ha. i'm quite a pro at that, i'll say. (read on for my reference on NAGGING)
ACES period was making the teachers, especially the discipline committee teachers really really mad. everyone was supposed to walk off the court in twos, but the sec 3s left in a line. and there the teachers were, right smack in the middle of the lines, totally defeated, not knowing what to do. not that i blame them. anyway, sec 3s had to walk a longer route this year. pass kranji primary. and woah. when i walked pass that primary school, shouts of joy were heard ever so often. i wanna be back in primary school. zz. now that you'r in a secondary school, it isnt exactly fun.
rehearsal was next. poor deputy head prefect jiahui was TOTALLY stressed out. i kind of pitied him. really. didnt ran through both pieces with the sec 3s band, just practiced walking in and out.
the one thing that made me happy, was the sec 3s unity and strength. the WHOLE sec 3 band cohort gathered in the girls' changing room [yes.. including the guys!] and we had a sec 3 booster cheer. really motivated the lot. glitter was sprinkled in every direction and everyone made sure they AT LEAST had glitter in their hair. before the performance, one more booster cheer. ((:
showed them the pieces of paper which i wrote down. sec 3s smiled. haha. hall was full and stuff, thus, the nervous atmostphere on stage. centuria. trombones had the band flags tied to their slides, so it looked ABSOLUTELY cool. lord of the dance was good. everyone liked the drumset. lol. x)

i think i finally understand why mr lim usually make us play the whole thing through only on the ACTUAL DAY. it may be quite negative, but still, i think, i think.

was told to go up to the gallery, and wth. no space. zz. sat with zeting and some other people. was supposed to give the teachers' day big big cards. gave mr seetho his and he was like OMG at the mosquito pic. lol.
thought they just went home already. again i wasnt disappointed ((:
when the cutting of cake was in session on stage, most of the sec 3s 'just up and left'. except for the band sec 3s of course, photo session. ((: the poor teachers on stage faced half a school instead already. o well. that shows how 'well-mannered' the whole school sec 3s are. lol. then sec 2s started to follow. lol. EXAMPLE. tsk.
exhausted. walked home. didnt go de la salle. phylis is right. no point going back when all the teachers are gone and out of the school. ):
home. yucks. i was really irritated at my mom. there she was nagging and nagging about why clothes which are white should be placed into another bucket.
firstly, i hate people who nag. its just that i dont surface it alright.
secondly, i dont see the point of nagging. whats the point of nagging me about buckets and water when u claim that you already told me but yet i forget cause the last time you told me was last year? whats the point? then you might as well write down everything for me.
ok back to the point. slacked at home till nite playing maple and reading quizzes.
i know i'm supposed to be checking up on stuff, but i'm rather lazy nowadays. lol. am supposed to be sending an email to MOE about admission to interlochen. but wth. turns out i have to CALL up MOE. and then i have to wait for my dad to come home to help me call them. boo. then also supposed to send an email to Interlochen Arts Academy Ambassador. but the email was stuck or something. argh.
zz. i pray moe says that singapore accepts american certificates. or else i can just scrape interlochen. which i REALLY dont want to. haiz. ):
on the other hand, lets pray that interlochen accepts singaporean students too though our academics are faster than them by like 2 years. (:
o yes. the interlochen admission form is like. 10 pages long. woah. nvm. i like filling in stuff, so heck la. :DD
you know december will be coming sooner than i thought. band members, what does that mean? IT MEANS HONGKONG TRIP IS COMING. grr. means cannot slack. must work hard play hard. yes yes.
one more thing. the centuria by whichever recording company totally sucks. i dont want to listen to it.
whats wrong? why the sudden mood swing?
