band exchange today. between 3 schools.so the teacher-in-charge was late today, but even so, we managed to get all the instruments and percussion all out in like, 10 minutes in the hall. wow. (:
regent didnt do merry widow very well. but i think its because during these few weeks mr lim had broken down the whole of merry widow into very detailed parts, so we'r more sensitive now and have to start to learn new things right from scratch. but of course, it might also be because most of us forgot what mr lim has said. like me. i so nearly blanked out at the beginning. argh. not good. not good.
co-incidentally, mine and siying's clarinet were err. "stuck". lol.
hongkong trip rehearsal was fun. did the simpler pieces today, but learned a lot. so i'm sitting at the front row 3rd from corner with victor then siying. somehow, feel that i can "learn" a lot from him just by sitting beside him. cause he has this "expression" thing which i dont. muahas.
we got to play games. things were really fun. wanted to join team B for regent but no space. sob. nvm. i'll just get shout more. haha. the winners of the game had to versus the alumnis. loads of hougang's alumni and bn's alumni were there playing for the finals.
heard about the banner thing from dororin and zhenjun. so shocked. never in a million years have i heard of such stuff. totally absurd. but hey. everyone deserves a 2nd chance, right? (:
i'm so tired.
i have this feeling jiahui will be reading THIS post when she comes back from thailand cause she wants to know about the exchange. well, jiahui, really sorry, this post not that detailed. x)
