random song which came into my head. o well.
i had a bloody leg cramp early in the morning. ouch ouch! ):
watched the westwinds performance at the esplanade with band members. hmm. they even played The Sound Of Music, the piece we played in sec 1! haha. cinema paradiso was a tad disappointing, but i guess it was because of the speed and stuff. a bit too technical. intonation and balance were really good. impressive. (:
timothy chua from sji was sitting infront of us. lol.
went over to Plaza Singapura. checked out Yamaha. and all of us band members were oo-ing and ah-ing at the different instruments. french horns, flutes, piccolos, trumpets, oboes, etc. even my Eb clarinet was on display! :D
got an early train back with haiqing, ya xin, nathasha and jiahui. crapped a lot. like how we plan to go out next week when JIAHUI IS IN THAILAND. /smirks
had my music lesson. today was really short cause i was late. but i think it was one of my best lessons. finally, i've learned to take at least a little glance at the dynamics and i was actually DOING it. my my. (:
exam date is 30th nov. woo. have to start memorising for Viva Voce now.
