so not used to having band on saturdays. especially since the last one was like, the year before. LOL. woke up going, OH MY GOD. I HAVE BAND TODAY. rushed and went down. guess what, i saw yvonne, jocelyn, yokelian, amy and aileen all rushing down the slope infront of my flat.
i know this sounds really 'dots'. but all of us were practically running to the school. i mean, usually i'll expect them to like slack and walk normally that kind of stuff, since today's practice does not include sec 4s. but no, they ran like siao. pretty cute, especially since we ran the 'longer' route by mistake. LOL.

yoke lian practically FLEW la! x)

i LOVE my sec 4s so much. (:

sec ones' drills session, oh boy, they can really shout if they want to. gang yuan's group of sec 1s had only 15 people but they were like YES SIR. on the other hand, its because half of them were boys, and the OTHER group had only 3 boys. LOL.

flag day! wooo. too bad we didnt get those tin cans thingies. i'd prefer those. instead we got these plastic bag-likes ones. hmm. so our lclass walked all the way to yew tee mrt and had to stuff ourselves into the same train with some other classes. stuffy stuffy. tsk.

dont know whats chunjie's problem man, he has absolutely nothing better to do than hitting my head. i'm short, i know, you can stop reminding me.

everyone wanted to go down to holland village to collect donations there. so my group, which were like, all the girls minus one or two which equals five, stayed at the buona vista mrt station.

me and siti = near bus stop A, one end of the bridge
marion and baohui = near bus stop B, the other end of the bridge
runting = underground tunnel

WE BLOCKED THE PASSAGE WAY RIGHT SMACK LIKE THAT. ;P

anyway, there were lots of nice donors. out of 10 people i asked, 8 will donate, 1 will say sorry thanks, another just ignore me.

rebecca's guide on people whom we should approach more often:
1) children - they get so amused about the coin dropping into the 'hole'
2) tourists - they ask a lot of questions, BUT give a lot too
3) couples - the guys will want to impress the girls
4) senior citizens - oh boy, they have A LOT of coins
5) students who walk in groups - one donate, more will follow

lots of ACJC students walked past us. and practically ALL of them donated. hmm. siti and i conclude that ACJC students are really generous and kind hearted. lol. anyway, there were also lots of people who asked A LOT A LOT of qns. cant help but think that NKF incident might REALLY have affected people. so yeah.

had to report at holland village for lunch. guess what. most of the guys had like only a dollar or so. ben only had a dollar! gosh. so holland v has a LOT of people, but its way too many, making it easier to 'siam' in the crowd. hur.

'taught' bingquan how to ask. properly. LOL. and guess what, on his first try, he got like, $2 already. (:

went down to buona vista again. this time with weida's group. surprisingly, chenyang's 'way' of getting people to donate is going to a bus stop, and asking from people, one end to another, ONE BY ONE. i thought it wouldnt work, but was i wayyyy wrong. by the time you walk up to the 1st person, everyone at the bus stop would be digging for notes/coins. LOL. :D

i have no idea how come i can get so tired and have aching arms after doing all these. hmm.
Suki Sushi's soft shell crab. i'm promoting that now. $4.90 for crabs-with-actual-meat. it definitely beats the other japanese stores 20 times. x)

oh yes. me and cheryl hit the roof today at aries. we spend $25 worth of accessories, including black hairbands for me in band.

sue me baby.
