VERY LONG POST.dororin stayed over
and we ate breakfast at mac early in the morning right after band
so we thought we were late and rushed down
only to see all the 'whites' standing outside the LOCKED gate
hoho
and i was still drinking my green tea
and dororin, her hot milo x)
zj had to constantly remind me that the OC had already taken over
cause i kept wanting to do the usual duties, lol
was pleased with s1s attendence
some s1s finally turned up, yayness
heard them play during combine
hope they'r ready for june & july concert
we got this new temporary tutor today
(lixin's back home, lol, china i mean)
and he has a really really nice tone
like a cloud ! (what a way to describe, err)
not trying to be mean,
but i love lixin so much more(:
what? we'r 'used' to lixin what. LOL
alumni band pract at first,
nothing much, the usuals
no main band combine cause mr lim didnt come down
sectionals afterwards,
plus the tetra ppl left w some excos to bn for training
so there were only me, gangyuan, jiahui (she came down!)
and karin, and the remaining s2s and 1s left
had to teach the clarinet s1s, (clarinet snrs were pract among themselves)
vivian chong (s1 eupho), peishan (s1 oboe), and the fhorn s1s
jiahui helped, thank goodness
came to realise that only other than a few sections
the other sections' snrs dont really spend time w their jrs
can see through their playing standards
yes they can play, but its all very technical stuff they know
like fingerings, beats, some scales,
but not others like, theory, flats, bondings, blah blah
maybe its the homework, maybe its the time
but lets re-enforce jrs n snrs spending time w each other (:
taught peishan and i realised she could play it,
but she just didnt know about flats
no wonder her piece sounded so 'weird'
going to rant on zeting on monday
haha, bully him
kind of pity peishan,
the oboe is difficult, (but she can play it! wow, one of a kind)
and she has THREE flats for her piece,
and she's the only onei mean,
if i were a s1, i would just diebut ahhh
she will make it, ex-lasallians are usually strong (:
just like mie mie n zeting
plus factor, her tone is really nice

church w jiahui, haiqing and siying
had stomachache (VERY BAD ONE) on the way
had thoughts abt going home but i still went anyway
reached there in time for service
silently prayed that the stomachache will go away
wanping ever asked if i wanted a hot drink, lol
halfway through p&w, it just went away, unknowingly
yay, praise God (:
i knew it, he wouldnt disappoint me!
sermon was good,
was still on Life Of Age (:
during cellgroup, me and steph were game i/cs
played the two games which we discussed
and i think we overshot time
haha
but was great to see the newcomes like weiting enjoying themselves
and ppl like dylan and their group participating in the games too!
esp the mixed dry foods game, lol
BTW. two ppl accepted christ from our cellgroup.
weiting was one of them!

forgot the boy's name, but he used to be from our church. (:
yay, so excited for learning guitar too
still havent bought new strings for my guitar, opps
going to look for a guitar case w my dad (:
pst daniel (i dont know why he just talk to me all of sudden) asked and i told him i was a methodist
when prompted on, i told him i was actually from hinghwa methodist
and he went like, "OH!"
err.
oh well, didnt tell him much since i dont know anyway too, yeah
lol, guess most ppl didnt know my granddad's one of the founders, haha
no, i dont know his name, come to think of it, i nv asked before, LOL
turns out he knows that church and pst jonathan (teo) cause of some pastor's network
i knew it, singapore is so small!

came to me how lucky singaporeans are.
we are so small that practically schmates will know ppl from other schs w/o much probs
even countries like malaysia have such probs of getting connections
maybe thats why can develop so fast too,
we dont have that much of an area to 'not' focus on. (:
yay, i love singapore! doubly!

but at least regent is going to try this year
